		<description>i love the idea of making them into cupcake size.  Your so good at that :)  anyways when i use to cook at a boarding house i had to come up with a lot of dessert recipes so i thought hmm upside down cake.  I would try other kinds of cakes and fruits like spice cake with peaches..really its endless</description>
