Food Fight #1: Eggs!

The submissions are compiled (in order received) and you’ll be surprised with the wonderful assortment of egg dishes submitted! I’ll admit … I was worried at first that no one would respond since I’m new to food blogging. A big thank you to the 13 people who supported this event by participating.

You’ll find links to each recipe below along with a link to the posting image. These folks poached, fried, scrambled, and even pickled their eggs. Recipes include several frittata variations, a mud cake, a beverage, casseroles, quiche, fried rice, and a creamy hollandaise sauce. Who knew the egg could be so versatile?
