manggy: haha ... I saw the weight watchers cards/book in a store the other day -- very scary stuff!

astra libris: thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoy the dressing -- it's pretty and it's healthy. And, a big thank you for the sesame cookie with the big chunks!

Your salad looks and sound incredible! I've been searching for a new Asian-style salad dressing recipe, and this looks like it will do the trick perfectly... Your photo is gorgeous, too!

Also, a belated thank you for your great comment on my blog about the sesame cookies... The one with the big sesame chunks is all yours! :-)

Hahaha, Joe's being silly. Well, you didn't say Chinese specifically. I'm Asian and I give it the (er) Asian stamp of approval. Frankly I got a little nervous when I read it came from a Weight Watchers cookbook (as you know, they don't have a good track record, but reading the recipe it's actually very sensible and sounds tasty. Those raspberries look like jewels-- I'm jealous as I love their taste but we never have them here, even imported. All we have is jam, sometimes frozen. I agree, fruits are a must in all of my salads. The sweetness gives the tongue a little surprise.

When I was an intern in Surgery, I influenced all of my friends co-rotating with me (coincidentally all girls at the time) to watch my recorded episodes. In between looking at patients, you'd hear cries of "Jeffrey is an ass!" in the surgery callroom. I hope you'll be able to find more people to watch it with :)
