Dude, that's more entries than the days in February! :D
My favorite? The adobo, of course ;) Also: the clafouti, dessert sushi, shortbread, and Chinese buns :)
Hmmm, not sure how I accomplished it all. There's even a few dishes that never made it to the blog. :-)
