		<description>You lucky dog! Please try the chestnut puzzle cake. I don&#039;t own the book but I&#039;ve browsed it... Heavy stuff.&lt;br/&gt;I think the shortbread&#039;s cut after cooking to minimze the crusty edges, but of course you don&#039;t have to follow that :) I&#039;m not a huge fan of shortbread (too buttery, too much like a tart crust), but yours looks great (maybe layer it with strawberries and cream..) :)</description>
