I really like the sound of this Allen, I really enjoy spices with tomatoes and they bring a new warming quality to the soup which is perfect for the weather we are having right now. Good luck with eating all your vegetables!

What a wonderfully healthy soup, Allen! If you use those drizzly dispensers for olive oil you can really cut back on the fat, even. I find that you have to add a lot of salt to tomatoes to make them taste of anything but getting good quality ripe tomatoes and roasting them should do the trick!
At first I thought a cold front had invaded Cali at the last moment :)
