I have a gluten free healthy eating cafe in The Rocks in sydney and am looking for anyone with a really good recipe for GLUTEN FREE TURKISH GOZLEME AND TURKISH PIDE.
At the moment we are the ONLY gluten free KEBAB SHOP IN PROBABLY the whole of Aus selling gluten free chicken, beef and felafel kebabs and pide also licensed for beer and wine (gluten free beer!!!)
I am trying to change the reciepes for the GOZLEME AND PIDE
please help anyone!!!

Another great (late) cookbook author for gluten-free recipes is Bette Hagman. IMO, her bread recipes especially are unparalleled. But, Carol’s pizza is my favorite!

You know, in all my time at the Philippine General Hospital, I don’t think celiac disease has been diagnosed a single time. Makes me think it’s either rare or severely underdiagnosed– I wonder how many miserable people here actually have celiac disease?

Oh, your poor brother! He has my deepest sympathies. I haven’t checked out this Fenster book, but she is very well known in celiac circles.

My favorite GF cookbooks are by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt (here’s a link to my own homage: http://mjennings26.wordpress.com/2008/04/21/homage-to-donna-washburn-and-heather-butt/) and Darina Allen’s Healthy Gluten-free Cooking. The latter has some awesome dessert recipes.
