I love that you have done an alternative to beef! I bet the fennel adds a nice sweet touch. I have been doing a lot of fennel seed with poultry lately in rubs it is especially good. I have no issue with people taking recipes and giving them their own twist. I love the seasonal touch and I think the flavors can work well together. Good JOb!!

Allen, your shepherd’s pie sounds heavenly! I love love love your use of sweet potatoes – such a brilliant idea, and so healthful! I can’t wait to try your recipe!

Those mini stoneware pots are beautiful! Every thing here is comfort in a bowl. It’s been so long since I’ve had a shepherds pie and can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on!
